Thanks to Andy Preston and Celina Murphy for their support

“Dublin rockers Panama have only been around for a year but you’d never guess it from ‘Safe Inside’, a blistering guitar rock jam in the vein of Foo Fighters, Audioslave and other fans of thrustworthy melodic epicness.” Celina Murphy, Hotpress

And as I type we’re back in the studio finishing two more new songs which we will have available in the coming weeks, and at the same time doing what we do best – writing and demoing some fresh material

#panamalivefrombowlane

Hello all!As most of you know already this time last week we were #panamalivefrombowlane, as we stripped back our songs and invited some friends and fans down for  an acoustic event in Bow Lane Studios.

After a lot of hard work and planning, the night was a success and we look forward to seeing the results on film. So thank you to the film crew who put in the work to make everything look right on the night – Conor, Max, Siobhan and Sorcha.

Thanks to everyone who came down to support us, and special thanks to all who helped put it together.
